Samsung Display boldly carried out a promotion of selected people who have contributed to securing future engines of growth. Promotion was carried out evenly across all business divisions, including small, medium, and large ones. There was an emergence of executives in their 30s, and the trend of selecting female executives was also maintained. The number of executives promoted increased by 2 people compared to last year.

Samsung Display conducted their regular executive personnel appointments for 2023 on the 6th with a total of 27 appointments, with the appointment of 8 vice presidents, 16 managing directors, and 3 masters. Samsung Display explained their policy for personnel, saying they selected people who had growth potential and achieved results, regardless of their seniority.

Samsung Display, which achieved record-high performances in the midst of a recession in the IT market, promoted people who strengthened their market dominance and contributed to securing future engines of growth to vice president.

Samsung Display will finalize management personnel in the 2023 regular executive personnel appointments and will soon carry out a reshuffling of the organization and position personnel.
