On March 5, in alliance with Kyobo Book, iriver released a new eBook reader “Story K HD” which is equipped with a high resolution e-ink display for the first time in the industry.
The Story HD is the follow up model to the Story K which attracted attentions in January when it was released. Unlike its predecessor, the product features the highest resolution 16-grayscale screen supporting an XGA panel, which means it has a 63% higher resolution than the existing e-readers and ensures more elaborate image quality, especially great for comic books.
Its matt and dark-grey color is very sophisticated with its 9.3mm ultra-slim and 208g lightweight design and provides a comfortable one-handed reading experience. It also allows users to access the Kyobo eBook store through its WiFi function and buy books easily among more than 100,000 e-books Kyobo retains.
