Daum Communications (CEO Choi Se-hun) announced on February 10 that it provides Ruliweb-related contents in search results. Ruliweb is a video game community with more than a million members. It concluded a strategic business alliance with Daum last year.
When the name of a game is typed in the Daum search box, information such as its genre, recommended system requirements and launch schedules are shown. In addition, posts on the online community are displayed in the four tabs of bulletin, images, videos and news. Daum caf? information about the game is given, too.
At present, the portal site is also offering the Game Smart Answer service, with which users can search certain games by using various terms like execution environments, genre and year of release.
