On Thursday, Qualcomm Korea announced that it awarded prize money of USD 100,000 to Easy Works, the winner of the Qualcomm QPrize competition in Korea.
Being awarded USD 100,000 in prize money, Korean software developer Easy Works will move on to participate in the QPrize Global Grand Prize Final Competition, scheduled to be held on March 13 in Napa Valley, California. The winner of the QPrize Global Grand Prize Final Competition will receive additional prize money of USD 150,000.
Easy Works won Qualcomm Ventures’ USD 100,000 QPrize for Korea with its creative “Yeati” application, a talent based social networking service that can be considered as a kind of mobile and visual version of LinkedIn.
Qualcomm Ventures holds the QPrize Competition in eight nations ?South Korea, Brazil, the US, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, China, Israel and India.

이지웍스는 상금을 받은데 이어 오는 13일 미국 캘리포니아 나파밸리(Napa Valley)에서 열리는 글로벌 대회 `큐프라이즈 글로벌 그랜드 프라이즈`에 참가한다. 글로벌 대회 우승자는 추가 지원금 15만달러를 받는다.
이 회사가 개발한 서비스 `예티(Yeati)`는 독창적인 모바일 구직 플랫폼 서비스다.
퀄컴벤처스는 한국?브라질?미국?서유럽?동유럽?중국?이스라엘?인도 8개국에서 큐프라이즈를 진행하고 있다.
