Both domestic and overseas big shot companies suggested 'hyper-connected, customers, digital, space' as keywords. They predicted the evolution of 'tech' towards improving customers' lives and providing new and original experiences through the various devices and technologies. They also emphasized that new digital technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), are leading the advancement of future industries.
Jong-hee Han, Vice Chairman and head of the Samsung Electronics’ DX division, chose 'a hyper-connected era begins with customized experiences' as keywords.
Vice Chairman Han said, "Our ultimate vision is to implement technology that covers everyone's dreams and desires through connection. We will implement easier and more intuitive technologies to maximize the connectivity and usability of various devices, and open the hyper-connected era.”
Joo-wan Cho, CEO of LG Electronics, said “The beginning and end of innovation depends on the customer experiences. Every innovation begins and ends with the customers, and through that, we will make the happier world.”
Oliver Zipse, CEO of the BMW Group, said in his keynote speech, “Through digitalization, the relationship between the drivers and the vehicles get closer. The goal of BMW is to promote the convergence of joy from driving and virtual experience.”
BMW identified three innovation values as electrification, circulation, and digitalization. The concept model 'BMW i Vision Dee', which reflects next-generation digital innovation technology, will be revealed at CES. The innovation values of a vehicle has been the engine and ride quality. During the speech, BMW emphasized the great importance of digitalization technology in the upcoming next-generation vehicles.
Lisa Su, CEO of AMD, stated in a keynote speech that AI-integrated central processing units (CPUs) and graphics processing units (GPUs) will contribute to sustainable computing. CEO Su particularly emphasized that AI can lead technological innovation by increasing the calculation speed in the medical and aerospace fields, where there is a large amount of data processing. CEO Su said, “Several new semiconductor technologies will be able to solve important problems in high-performance, adaptive computing. AMD will work hard to develop various industries through collaboration with various partners in areas such as AI, games, medical care, and aerospace.”
