Innerbus (CEO Hyung-gon Kim) is targeting the domestic security solution market with a two-track strategy. It is diversifying its business portfolio by expanding its market share through its big data log management solution "LogCenter" and expanding sales through its IT outsourcing service "90Degree."

According to related industries on the 19th, the company recently launched 90Degree, an IT outsourcing service, and is focusing on expanding customers and related marketing activities. It is a service that outsources Vietnam's excellent manpower related to development, testing, and maintenance in the IT field to domestic customers.

The company is stepping up efforts to target the market through cooperation with various domestic companies. A company official said, "As the use of digital technology increases due to the 4th industrial revolution and the prolonged COVID-19, demand for IT developers is exploding. 90Degree is the best alternative to solving the increasing labor cost of developers."

The company plans to contribute to solving the problem of the shortage of developers in domestic companies through their services. When a customer requests IT development, testing, and maintenance from the company, excellent Vietnamese talent is outsourced to the customer through its own manpower resources and recruiting process. In this process, integrated services such as manpower supply and demand problems and related risks are provided through continuous manpower management. The risk of project delay due to manpower withdrawal was minimized through two to five years of multi-year contracts and acquisition process tools, not project-level contracts.

It has also secured a pool of talent for smooth service support. The company has been collaborating with Vietnamese research institutes for many years, and through this, it has secured local talent with low labor costs and excellent quality. Vietnam is an outsourcing destination chosen by global companies such as Intel and Microsoft. In 2019, it ranked fifth in the IT outsourcing country rankings selected by AT Kearney. Vietnam, where 60% of the total population is under the age of 30, is optimized for IT outsourcing, which produces about 100,000 engineer graduates a year.

It also maintains excellent market dominance in the LogCenter area, a major business sector. The company LogCenter Solution ranked first in sales last year with a 40% share in "System Management Software" in the integrated log management division of the Public Procurement Service's Nara Market. The company has maintained its No. 1 market share in the procurement market for nine consecutive years since 2013. A company official said, "Log data has soared due to the recent prolonged COVID-19 pandemic and increased telecommuting, and the importance of log management systems is increasing. We will expand market dominance in line with growing demand and play a key role as a leading log management company."

The company has developed related solutions to make it easier and more intuitive for users to use log data for work. In 2010, it also received GS (Good Software) and Information Protection Product Evaluation Certification (CC) for the first time in South Korea in related fields. Therefore, more than 700 customer companies, including domestic public institutions and large companies, are widely using the company’s solutions.
