Samsung Electronics’ Indian Corporate held an open event for Z2 at Le Meridien New Delhi Hotel on the 23rd and made an announcement that it will start selling Z2 on the 29th. Price of Z2 is going to be $68.41 (4,590 Rupee) and this is lower than price of Z1, which was released in January of last year at a price of $84.95 (5,700 Rupee).
Z2 has 1.5GHz Quad-Core Processor as its central processing device and this is more improved than Z1 (1.2GHz Dual-Core Processor) and Z3 (1.3GHz Quad-Core Processor). It also has 1GB RAM, 8GB internal memory, rear camera with 5 million pixels, and front camera with 300,000 pixels. Just like Z1, Z2 has 4.0-inch screen and 1,500 mAh of battery capacity.
“Z2 is suitable for users that had been using picture phones and are trying to purchase Smartphones for the first time.” said an executive of Samsung Electronics’ Indian Corporate. “They will be able to experience faster and more convenient mobile internet since Z2 supports 4G service.”
