Seoul District Court’s division of Bankruptcy announced on the 20th saying, “On 17th, there were two domestic companies, and one oversea company that showed interest in Pantech sale by submitting declaration of intent for taking over. However, the biddings were nullified because there were incomplete sections in their submitted documents and they were judged to have no sufficient capability to take over.”
The next procedure and step is to be decided after manager and creditor had gone through discussion meeting.
