Samsung Display is creating an exclusive group for focusing only on Apple’s product development and management.
It seems the purpose of this group is to look out for what Apple is making and what kind of demands Apple is receive so that Samsung can react and respond faster.
According to an official on the 29th, Samsung Display is promoting making the Apple exclusive team. Up till now, Apple related staffs were working separately in their own department.
Another official said, “We are promoting in creating such team so that we may effectively respond to various customers’ demands.”
The strong candidate for the leader for the Apple exclusive team is executive director Eungsang Lee. Executive Lee graduated Tohoko University in Japan and was one of the core members in Samsung’s first LCD business.
