According to the industry on March 10th, the main product for NAND Flash used in major smartphones in the mobile market until last year was eMMC. However, UFS, of which the processing speed has been raised dramatically compared to eMMC, is gathering more attention as the recently released Galaxy S6 of Samsung Electronics used it for the first time. In the industry, it is even being said that Xiaomi is already examining UFS equipment for its next smartphone.
