WISEnut(CEO Yong-seong Kang) announced on the 7th that they areworking on an 'artificial intelligence (AI) travel consultant' system with Redcap Tour, a travel agency specializing in corporate business trips. The two companies have recently completed the first development.

The AI travel consultant service is provided to all customers who use the Redcap Tour business trip service. AI performs the job of a travel consultant whichwould be in charge of consultations and reservations by phone and e-mail during customer business trips.

Redcap Tour developed the industry's first AI travel consultant by conducting the 'Travel X' project with WISEnut, an AI specialist.

AI Travel Consultant was developed with the goal of providing a new travel experience throughout the entire journey from preparation to completion. The three main pillars are △Getting ready for a business trip (To Plan) △Assisting throughout the whole business trip schedule (To Assist) △ Sharing the business trip experience (To Share).

AI travel consultant in Redcap Tour travel management system uses BTMS 4.0. It learns the traveler experience and provides an AI-based, customized automatic recommendation function. The existing supplier-oriented travel management system has been dramatically improved.

Customers who use the Redcap Tour business trip service receives assistance in various situations that occur during business trips as well as airline and hotel reservations in the preparation process. It's almost like receiving a personal assistant. Redcap Tour and WISEnut have completed the first development of the web version of the AI travel consultant and are in the process ofthe second development of a mobile version.

To lead the rapidly changing market last year, Redcap Tour newly reorganized the travel division into the DT2 (Digital Travel & Transformation) division, preparing to digitize the corporate travel itinerary.
