Kakao Enterprise plans to provide a comprehensive work platform ‘Kakao Work’, an AI-based business platform ‘Kakao i Connect Talk’ that is combined with KakaoTalk channels and chatbot, and a cloud platform ‘Kakao i Cloud’ that is integrated with knowhow in managing key technologies and data from KakaoTalk for the past ten years to the public market.
‘Kakao Work’ is a service that is based on convenience, various IT services and flexible connection, and AI search technology. It is a work platform that is included with innovative features such as virtual conference, bot selection, and internal system connection.
Kakao Work is based on AI and integrated search technologies and is a comprehensive work platform in which all tasks can be done through it. The platform is applied with Kakao’s integrated search technology as it is. With this function, every data within the Kakao Work can be found with single click. The function also provides various filters for sorting out data. It is also possible to find necessary information within the Kakao Work by connecting the current company system to the platform.
For example, one can easily search for different information and important welfare benefits, political documents, and technical documents through the platform. In addition, the platform’s AI assistant is very helpful and it also provides assist with management of schedule and reservation for conference room in addition to information search.

‘Kakao i Connect Talk’ is an AI-based business platform that is combined with KakaoTalk channels and chatbot. It can conveniently process payments and application for civil complaints and it can also provide notification on public services or policies. Without having to set up a separate system or develop an app, one can receive a 24-hour mobile advice outside of the operating hours of customer center. Also, because the platform is applied with ‘advanced machine learning’ technology, its chatbot is capable of understanding more difficult sentences than other chatbots. As a result, the chatbot is able to understand information desired by a user clearly and find a necessary answer.
‘Kakao i Cloud’ provides a connected cloud service to companies and public institutions that have faced inconvenience with managing complicated infrastructures and increased costs so that they can use hybrid and multi-cloud.
In addition, it provides DevOps, app development tools, and AI service for public institutions that have faced difficulties in self-operation and development and assists them with successful digital innovation. Starting with obtaining a CSAP (certified security awareness practitioner) certification by the first half this year and providing IaaS (infrastructure as a service), PaaS (platform as a service), and SaaS (software as a service) that are optimized for the public sector, Kakao Enterprise plans to expand its business towards cloud service that can contribute to improvement in operation and quality of services for public institutions.
