10,000 People Gather Online To Exchange Information
Customers under the radar and early adopters that have been using Smartphone ‘LUNA’, which was introduced by TG N Company, are beginning to gather together in online portal community. It seems that a fandom will be formed as it already formed 5 online cafes and has just surpassed 10,000 members.
LUNA that was exclusively sold by SK Telecom has been drawing a lot of attention ever since it was beginning to be sold due to its high performance level compared to its design and price. After a month since its release, about 2,500 phones are being sold daily.
Because it is a product that was released by a new brand, it lacks much information. This is why community was naturally formed by people that are interested. Some people actively sent any wishes or questions about things that can improve this Smartphone systematically to TG N Company’s customer service center.

TG N Company focuses on increasing customers’ level of trust through a fast update. It regularly performs software upgrade after recognizing customers’ interests regarding LUNA. Ever since it was released in last April, it performed 2 software upgrades.
On its latest update that occurred on the 20th of September, TG N Company strengthened security through Google’s security patch and reinforced search function for telephone directory, keyboard usability and others.
It is currently planning to upgrade with Android 5.1 by end of the year and carry out upgrade with Android 6.0 in early half of 2016 according to level of stabilization and timing when Android source is provided.
